摘　　要：随着粤港澳大湾区三地经济合作日渐深入,跨境金融服务需求及其伴随产生的法律纠纷也日益增加。粤、港、澳三地法律体系差异较大,缺少顶层金融立法已经成为大湾区跨境金融发展的最大障碍。把这种多元体系从合作障碍转换成资源优势,以能够惠及各方利益的金融融合方向为突破口,以建设粤港澳大湾区统一金融市场为目标,通过寻找各方利益诉求的最大公约数,探索建立跨境金融法律纠纷的协同创新机制,具有重要的现实意义。With the deepening of economic cooperation in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,the demands for cross-border financial services are increasing with the corresponding legal disputes The legal systems among the Guangdong,Hong Kong and Macao are quite different The lack of top-level financial legislation has become the biggest obstacle to the cross-border financial development of the Greater Bay Area How to transform this diversified system from disadvantages to advantages,it has an important practical significance,for focusing on financial integration as a breakthrough,taking the construction of a unified financial market in the Greater Bay Area as the goal,and exploring the establishment of a collaborative innovation mechanism for cross-border financial legal disputes by looking for the maximum common divisor of the interests of all parties.
