摘 要:针对传统重锤张力机构对电极丝张力变化响应速度低、无法准确调整电极丝张力等问题,设计了一种由弹簧张力和电机张力机构组合而成的双级张力控制系统,以分别响应电极丝张力的高频和低频变化。针对系统涉及的弹簧和电机张力分配问题,引入张力灵敏度概念。结果表明:当张力灵敏度为0.05 N时,电极丝张力较为平稳;通过200 mm厚度工件多次切割试验,在相同加工参数条件下,双级张力控制系统与电机张力机构相比,工件的腰鼓度误差降低了31%、表面粗糙度值降低了28%,说明双级张力控制系统可有效调节电极丝张力的高、低频变化,从而提高工件加工精度和表面质量。Aiming at the low response speed of the traditional hammer tension mechanism to the changing speed of the wire tension,the problems of the electrode wire tension cannot be accurately adjusted,the limitations of the hammer tension mechanism are analyzed,and it is improved to the motor tension mechanism.Combined with spring tension and motor tension mechanism to respond to the high frequency and low frequency changes of the electrode wire tension.Aiming at the distribution of spring and motor tension involved in the system,the concept of tension sensitivity is introduced.The test shows that when the tension sensitivity is 0.05 N,the wire tension is relatively stable.Through the 200 mm thickness workpiece cutting test.The dual-stage tension control system is compared with the motor tension system under the same processing parameters,and the workpiece drum-shaped inaccuracy is reduced by 31%,and the surface roughness reduces 28%,indicating that the double-stage tension control system can effectively adjust the high and low frequency changes of the wire tension,thereby improving the processing accuracy and surface quality.
