摘　　要：精度要求高、热处理硬度在HRC 60左右、零件重量在60 kg以上的关键异形件,用普通磨削加工无法达到设计要求,且工件装卡在机床上时找正特别困难,对操作工的技术要求相当高。利用CBN材料切削刀具,以硬车削或铣削精加工淬火后的异形产品零件,解决了加工难题。Irregular parts with high precision requirements,HRC 60 post-heat treatment and of 60kg or more cannot meet the design requirements if processed using regular grinding.Additionally,the centering of the workpiece when clamped onto the machine is extremely hard,which poses higher technical requirements on the operator.However,this type of processing challenge is addressed by finish machining(in terms of hard cutting or milling)the hardened irregular parts with cutting tools of CBN materials.
