内地(大陆)高校港澳台学生社会融合的提升路径——基于社区情感治理的视角

摘　　要：构建内地高校就读港澳台大学生的社会融合有效路径有助于“一国两制”下“人心回归”机制深入的探讨。社区感是个体对其对在社区的认同感、归属感、凝聚力和满意度。港澳台与内地存在文化差异,由此带来的刻板印象和群际焦虑以及个体的文化智力影响着港澳台学生的社区情感。学校作为社区管理者,要在宏观层面上从过程和结果层面改进教育管理模式,优化结构性社区情感再生产;在中观层面利用“助推”原理消除互动困境,强化情境性社区情感;在微观层面培养学生文化智力,深化自我关联性社区情感,通过“小”社区情感治理有效带动港澳台学生对内地“大”环境的融入。The construction of an effective path of social integration for mainland university students studying in Hong Kong,Macao and Taiwan is helpful to further discuss the mechanism of"people's hearts returning"under"one country,two systems".Community sense is an individual's sense of identity,belonging,cohesion and satisfaction in the community.The cultural differences between Hong Kong,Macao and Taiwan and the mainland result in the stereotypes and inter-group anxiety as well as individual cultural intelligence that affect the community emotion of students from Hong Kong,Macao and Taiwan.As the community manager,university should improve the educational management mode from the process and result at the macro level,and optimize the structural community emotional reproduction.At the middle level,the"nudge"principle is used to eliminate the interaction dilemma and strengthen the situational community emotion.It cultivates students'cultural intelligence at the micro level,deepens self-related community emotion,and effectively drives students from Hong Kong,Macao and Taiwan to integrate into the mainland's"big"environment through"small"community emotion governance.
