摘 要:研究了单壁碳纳米管(SWNTs)与多壁碳纳米管(MWNTs)作为新的导电介质在低温水性导电涂料中不同的添加量和分散工艺,对干膜电阻、明度、外观以及产品贮存稳定性等的影响。结果显示,单壁碳纳米管与多壁碳纳米管都能够以极小的添加量便可以使干膜电阻降低到kΩ范围,但MWNTs在成本和贮存稳定性上更具优势,且45°明度值L较SWNTs更容易达到70,同时外观和施工性与传统导电底漆相当,足以满足水性汽车非金属零部件导电底漆静电喷涂时所需求的电阻、明度和外观的行业技术要求。As new conductive mediums,single-wall carbon nanotubes(SWNTs)and multi-wall carbon nanotubes(MWNTs)were used in the low-temperature waterborne light-color conductive coatings.The effects of different additions and dispersion processes of SWNTs and MWNTs on dry film resistance,brightness,appearance and product storage stability were studied.The results showed that both SWNTs and MWNTs could reduce the dry film resistance to the KΩrange with a very small amount of addition.However,MWNTs had advantages in cost and storage stability,and the 45°L value was easier to reach 70 compared to SWNTs.At the same time,the appearance and workability were comparable to traditional conductive coatings,which was enough to meet the industry technical requirements of resistance,brightness and appearance of waterborne conductive coatings for automotive nonmetallic parts.
