摘　　要：工装作为一种生产工艺装备在汽车制造业中扮演着十分重要的作用。以提高双挂栏板挡泥板喷涂质量在遵循工装设计制作原则的提前下,根据实际情况,设计出符合要求的工装为攻关课题,从而消除挡泥板手套印、栏板地板露出底漆及粘伤漆等缺陷。Tooling plays a crucial role as a production process equipment in the automotive manufacturing industry.This article focused on improving the spray quality of double-hung panel mudguards by designing tooling that meets the required specifications,while adhering to the principles of tooling design and fabrication.The glove marks on mudguards,exposed primer on panel floors and paint adhesion defects,etc.could be eliminated.
