摘　　要：在总结现有全自动化和手动两种电液换向阀检测方式的基础上,提出了一种基于PLC一体机的电液控换向阀检测装置,该装置借助于PLC和HMI一体化的便利性,经过PLC编程和HMI画面组态,实现了多功能电液控换向阀的工作电流与压力的采集、单点控制、换向测试,密封测试等功能,体积小巧,既实现了自动化检测的功能又兼顾了手动检测工装的可便携性,在维修现场可以方便地实现电液换向阀的自动测试,提高了现场维修测试便利性和自动化水平。Based on the summary of the existing automatic and manual detection methods of electro-hydraulic reversing valve,a detection device of electro-hydraulic reversing valve based on PLC all-in-one machine is proposed.By virtue of the convenience of PLC and HMI integration,through PLC programming and HMI screen configuration,the device realizes the functions of working current and pressure collection,single point control,reversing test,sealing test,etc.of multi-functional electro-hydraulic reversing valve.It not only realizes the function of automatic detection,but also takes into account the portability of manual detection tooling.It can easily realize the automatic test of electro-hydraulic reversing valve at the maintenance site,which improves the convenience and automation level of on-site maintenance test.
