摘 要:合理的工作面推进速度是实现煤层瓦斯高效抽采的关键。在开元煤矿3710工作面开展了地应力和瓦斯流量现场实测,实测结果表明,工作面推进速度越快,煤体应力卸荷程度越大,钻孔瓦斯抽采量越高。在此基础上,拟合得到了瓦斯抽采量和钻孔与煤壁距离之间的关系式,建立了协调工作面开采与瓦斯抽采的均衡开采数学模型,模型计算结果表明,在保证日产量的前提下,为实现超前卸压瓦斯抽采量最大化,3710工作面的合理推进速度为6.8 m/d。Reasonable advancing speed of working face is the key to realize efficient gas extraction in coal seam.This paper carried out field measurement of ground stress and gas flow at the 3710 working face of Kaiyuan Coal Mine.The measured results show that the faster the advancing speed of the working face,the greater the degree of coal body stress unloading,and the higher the gas extraction volume of the borehole.On this basis,the relationship between the gas extraction amount and the distance between the borehole and the coal wall is obtained by fitting,and the balanced mining mathematical model of coordinated working face mining and gas extraction is established.The calculation results of the model show that,under the premise of guaranteeing the daily production,the reasonable advancing speed of 3710 working face is 6.8m/d in order to maximize the gas extraction amount under advanced pressure relief.
