摘 要:井下探放水钻孔施工作为矿井防治水工程的重要手段,在钻孔成孔过程中或成孔后受钻遇泥岩等不良地层坍塌、缩径等影响,存在钻孔成孔困难或成孔后钻孔堵塞,导致钻孔疏水周期短,目标含水体疏放不完全,达不到“疏干降压”的目的,从而影响了井下正常的采掘活动。针对矿井1103101工作面钻孔施工中厚层泥岩遇水坍塌、膨胀、破碎等问题导致钻孔堵塞严重,通过采取诸多针对性措施,有效延长了钻孔疏水周期及疏水量,达到了良好的疏水效果,确保了工作面的正常回采。Underground water exploration and drainage drilling construction,as an important means of water prevention and control engineering in mines,is affected by the collapse and shrinkage of unfavorable formations such as mudstone during or after drilling,resulting in difficulties in drilling or blockage of the drilling after drilling,resulting in short drainage period of the drilling,incomplete drainage of the target water-bearing body,and failure to achieve the goal of"drainage and pressure reduction",thereby affecting normal underground mining activities.In response to the serious blockage caused by the collapse,expansion,and fragmentation of thick mudstone in the drilling construction of the 1103101 working face in the mine,various targeted measures were taken to effectively extend the drilling drainage cycle and amount,achieving good drainage effect and ensuring the normal recovery of the working face.
