摘 要:针对工作面过联络巷发生基本顶超前破断,导致支架压架、工作面大面积来压等围岩灾变失稳现象,以山西玉华煤业1402沿空留巷工作面过联络巷为研究对象,分析了工作面过联络巷压架机制。基于分段来压、增强围岩稳定的原则,确定了工作面过联络巷围岩稳定控制技术。现场监测表明,过联络巷期间,工作面支架平均工作阻力低于支架额定工作阻力,有效降低了工作面支架压架风险,保证了工作面安全高效回采。In response to the phenomenon of basic roof advanced fracture in the working face passing through the connecting roadway,which led to the collapse and instability of surrounding rock such as support pressure and large-scale weighting of the working face,the study analyzed the mechanism of support pressure in the working face passing through the connecting roadway,taking the 1402 goaf retaining roadway working face of Shanxi Yuhua Coal Industry as the research object.Based on the principle of segmented weighting and enhancing the stability of surrounding rock,the stability control technology for surrounding rock passing through the connecting roadway of the working face has been determined.On site monitoring shows that during the period of passing through the connecting roadway,the average working resistance of the support in the working face is lower than the rated working resistance of the support,effectively reducing the risk of support pressure in the working face and ensuring safe and efficient mining in the working face.
