摘 要:针对小康煤矿软岩回采巷道大变形的难题,以该矿S2N7运输巷为研究对象,开展了软岩巷道大变形控制技术试验。通过分析软岩巷道大变形的原因,结合小康煤矿现有支护形式特点,提出了“恒阻锚索+马蹄棚”的联合支护技术,并在S2N7运输巷掘进工作面进行了支护试验。结果表明,联合支护技术的实施,检验了支护设计的有效性和不足之处,恒阻锚索支护效果明显,实现了试验巷道开挖后针对大变形的有效控制。In response to the problem of large deformation in the soft rock mining roadway of Xiaokang Coal Mine,the S 2N 7 transportation roadway of the mine is taken as the research object to carry out experiments on the control technology of large deformation in the soft rock roadway.By analyzing the causes of large deformation in soft rock tunnels and combining with the characteristics of existing supporting forms in Xiaokang Coal Mine,a combined supporting technology of"constant resistance anchor cable+horseshoe shed"was proposed,and supporting tests were conducted on the S 2N 7 transportation roadway excavation face.The results indicate that the implementation of combined supporting technology has verified the effectiveness and shortcomings of the supporting design,and the constant resistance anchor cable supporting effect is obvious,achieving effective control of large deformation after the excavation of the experimental roadway.
