摘 要:马脊梁煤矿8117综采工作面设备安装数量多、分布区域广、设备体积大,针对由此导致的工作面机电设备安装难度大、安装效率低以及事故率高等技术难题,对工作面设备安装工艺及工序进行优化调整。实际应用效果表明,与传统安装工艺相比,优化后工作面设备安装时间缩短了4.5 d,设备故障率大大降低,保证了工作面后期安全高效回采。The 8117 fully-mechanized mining face of Majiliang Coal Mine has a large number of installed equipment,a wide distribution area,and a large volume of equipment.In response to the technical difficulties of difficult installation,low installation efficiency,and high accident rate of mechanical and electrical equipment in the working face caused by this,the installation process and procedures of the working face equipment are optimized and adjusted.The actual application results show that compared with traditional installation techniques,the optimized installation time of the working face equipment has been shortened by 4.5 days,and the equipment failure rate has been greatly reduced,ensuring safe and efficient mining in the later stage of the working face.
