摘  要:为了研究X52MS管线钢氢致开裂问题,通过金相组织和裂纹形貌观察、扫描电镜和能谱分析以及显微硬度分析,围绕钢板中扩散氢含量、显微组织和MnS夹杂物三个主要因素对HIC的影响进行了探讨。结果显示,X52MS管线钢自身的扩散氢含量相对较低,不足以引起氢致开裂;影响X52MS管线钢HIC行为的主要影响因素为显微组织状态,其中马氏体是氢致开裂最敏感的组织。通过对加硫钢46MnVS6在不同热处理状态下的HIC试验对比,发现淬火态试样显微组织中未回火马氏体更易于引起HIC,调质态试样显微组织中回火索氏体组织具备抗HIC能力。In order to study the problem of hydrogen induced cracking in X52MS pipeline steel,the effects of three main factors,diffusion hydrogen content,microstructure,and MnS inclusions in the steel plate on HIC were investigated through observation of metallographic structure and crack morphology,SEM,energy spectrum analysis and microhardness analysis.The results show that the diffusion hydrogen content of X52MS pipeline steel is relatively low,which cannot cause hydrogen induced cracking.The main influencing factor on HIC behavior of X52MS pipeline steel is microstructure and martensite is the most sensitive organization for hydrogen induced cracking.By comparision of HIC tests of sulfur added steel 46MnVS6 steel under different heat treatment conditions,it was found that the untempered martensite in quenched microstructure is more likely to cause HIC,quenched and tempered microstructure has HIC resistance and the tempered sorbite in quenched and tempered microstructure has the ability to resist HIC.
