摘　　要：基于18m加长管应用优势和前景,分析了国内外已建和在建管道工程18m加长管的应用现状,从西气东输四线沿线地形条件、交通依托、供货能力、运输能力等方面论述了18m加长管大规模应用的技术方案。根据现场应用情况,分别从卸管、倒运、布管、组对和焊接等现场施工工序出发,分析了加长管应用对设备适应性、施工效率、施工费用等方面的影响,并对西气东输四线加长管应用方案进行了经济性评价,提出了18m加长管在未来管道工程中应用的优化建议。Based on the advantages and prospects of the application of 18 m extension pipe,the application status of 18 m extension pipe in pipeline projects built and under construction at home and abroad is analyzed.The technical solutions of 18 m extension pipe in the West-to-East China Gas Pipeline IV are discussed from the aspects of topographic conditions,traffic support,supply capacity and transportation capacity.According to the on⁃site application,the impact of extended pipe application on the construction process of pipe unloading,reverse transportation,pipe routing,fitting up and welding was analyzed,and the equipment adaptability,construction efficiency and construction cost on different process was discussed.Then the application of 18 m pipe in the West-to-East China Gas Pipeline IV was economically evaluated.Some suggestions for the future projects are proposed.
