摘 要:为了解决HFW焊管生产过程中内毛刺刮除不彻底、打刀、刮偏等不符合产品质量要求的问题,对产生内毛刺相关缺陷的原因进行了分析研究,设计了内毛刺实时监控系统。该系统可检测焊缝两侧±25 mm范围内的内毛刺刮除状态,通过监控界面可以直观地看到内毛刺的实时刮除状态,根据状态及时进行动态调整或停机调整。该内毛刺实时监控系统应用于生产线,内毛刺相关缺陷得到很好控制,HFW钢管质量与成材率都得到提升。In order to solve the problems of incomplete burr removal,knife cutting,and scraping deviation during the production of HFW welded pipes,which do not meet product quality requirements,an analysis and research were conducted on the causes of defects related to internal burrs,and a real⁃time monitoring system for internal burrs was designed.The scraping status of internal burrs within a range of±25 mm on both sides of the weld seam can be detected.Through the monitoring interface,the real⁃time scraping status of internal burrs can be visually seen,and dynamic adjustment or shutdown adjustment can be made in time.As the real⁃time monitoring system for internal burrs is applied to the production line,and the defects related to internal burrs are well controlled,the quality and yield of HFW steel pipes have been improved.
