摘  要:针对平地机驱动桥桥壳与平衡箱连接的传统铜套结构存在材料成本高、结构复杂、拆装及维修困难、易磨损导致漏油等问题,提出了采用回转支承轴承替代铜套回转结构,因安装位置与常规回转支承轴承安装位置存在差异,缺乏合理的选型与试验方法,本文还研究了回转支承轴承应用在平地机桥后桥的计算选型及加速试验方法,经验证通过该方法选择的回转支承满足平地机桥壳与平衡箱连接的承载需求。Aiming at the problems of high material cost,complex structure,difficulty in disassembly and maintenance,and easy wear and tear leading to oil leakage in the traditional copper sleeve structure used to connect the drive axle housing and balance box of a grader,a slewing bearing is proposed to replace the copper sleeve slewing structure.Due to the difference between the installation position and the conventional slewing bearing installation position,there is a lack of reasonable selection and test methods,This article also studies the calculation,selection,and accelerated test methods of the slewing bearing used in the rear axle of the motor grader bridge.It is verified that the slewing bearing selected by this method meets the bearing requirements of the connection between the motor grader bridge housing and the balance box.
