摘　　要：文章详细介绍了某型船装备的12V20/27型主机遥测装置的组成、工作原理、典型故障现象、模拟遥控操车步骤及典型故障检修、调试方法,通过对该型船主机遥测装置的组成、工作原理深入了解,模拟遥控操车步骤的可操作性分析及典型故障的排除,总结出该型主机遥测装置的修理、调试及典型故障排除思路,进而摸索出该型船主机遥测装置检修、调试、故障排除的可行性方法。经过实船修理的验证,该方法具有较高的实用性及可操作性。The article provides a detailed introduction to the composition,working principle,typical fault phenomena,simulated remote control operation steps,typical fault maintenance and debugging methods of the 12V20/27 main engine telemetry device equipped on a certain type of ship.Through a deep understanding of the composition and working principle of the main engine telemetry device on this type of ship,the operability analysis of the simulated remote control operation steps,and the elimination of typical faults,the repair of the main engine telemetry device is summarized Debug and typical troubleshooting ideas,and then explore feasible methods for repairing,debugging,and troubleshooting the telemetry device of the main engine of this type of ship.After verification by actual ship repairs,this method has high practicality and operability.
