摘  要:目的:探究主诊医师临床教育者角色研究的动态趋势与前沿热点,为主诊医师管理领域的后续研究提供借鉴。方法:应用CiteSpace软件对Web of Science核心合集数据库文献的发文量、关键词、国家与机构合作网络、期刊共被引等信息进行可视化分析。结果:国际上学者在主诊医师教育者角色方面的发文量呈显著上升的趋势。研究热点主要集中于医学教育、医疗照护、医师、教育、态度和学生等内容。学术前沿的主题是教育和绩效。美国和加拿大是本领域的文献高产国家。布朗大学、约翰霍普金斯大学、哈佛大学、多伦多大学的发文量较高,并与相关机构建立了广泛的科研合作网络。《Academic Medicine》和《JAMA》是此类研究的高共被引期刊,具有较强的学术影响力。结论:主诊医师教育者角色的研究主要围绕医学生教学与患者医疗照护展开,近年来呈现快速发展的态势。提示在主诊医师管理的研究领域中,需将医学教育与医疗管理相衔接与融合,进一步探索主诊医师的临床教育者角色属性与能力要素、专科医师的人才培养体系、医学教育项目的绩效管理等内容。Objective:To explore the research trend and hotspots in the scientific literature on the attending physicians'clinical educator role and to provide a reference for the follow-up research in the field of attending physician management.Methods:CiteSpace software was used to visually analyze the number of articles published,keywords,national and institutional cooperation networks,and journal co-citations in the Web of Science core collection database.Results:The number of international studies on the attending physician's educator role significantly increased.The literature focuses on medical education,care,physicians,education,attitudes,and students.The current leading academic themes are education and performance.The United States and Canada are the major literature-producing countries.Brown University,Johns Hopkins University,Harvard University,and the University of Toronto published a high number of articles and established broad networks of scientific cooperation with relevant institutions.Academic Medicine and JAMA are highly frequently co-cited journals with strong academic influence in this research area.Conclusion:The research on the attending physician's educator role mainly focuses on medical education to trainees and medical care to patients,which shows a rapid development trend in recent years.Medical education and healthcare should be connected and integrated into the research field of attending physician management.Further studies are needed to explore the educator role attributes and ability elements of attending physicians,the fellowship medical education system,and the performance management of medical education programs.
