摘　　要：目的分析2004-2021年北京市朝阳区报告的突发公共卫生事件流行病学特征,为做好防控提供科学依据。方法使用描述流行病学方法,对2004-2021年北京市朝阳区突发公共卫生事件报告管理信息系统报告的事件分析。结果2004-2021年北京市朝阳区共报告突发公共卫生事件70起,发病数1169人,死亡数20人,其中以报告传染病疫情为主,占总数的85.7%。6-9月是发生传染病突发公共卫生事件的高峰。朝阳区多个街乡(31/43)报告了突发公共卫生事件,城乡结合部多发,学校是其主要发生场所,其发病人数占总发病数的66.7%。结论要做好突发公共卫生事件的动态监测与及时报告,加强覆盖街乡的应急体系建设,提升城乡结合部应急处置能力,对学校等重点场所的多发事件做好预防性宣教和指导。Objective To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of public health emergencies reported in Chaoyang district of Beijing from 2004 to 2021,and to provide scientific basis for prevention and control.Methods Descriptive epidemiology was used to analyze the events.The data was collected by the public health emergency reporting management information system in Chaoyang district of Beijing from 2004 to 2021.Results A total of 70 public health emergencies were reported in Chaoyang district of Beijing from 2004 to 2021,with 1169 cases and 20 deaths,among which infectious diseases were the main parts,accounting for 85.7%.The high incidence period of infectious diseases was from June to September.A major of villages and towns in Chaoyang district had reported public health emergencies,which often happened in the urban and rural conjunct regions.Moreover,Schools were the main places of occurrence,accounting for 66.7%of the total number of cases.Conclusions It is necessary to do well in dynamic monitoring and timely reporting of public health emergencies,strengthen the construction of an emergency response system covering streets and townships,improve the emergency response capacity of rural-urban fringe departments,and provide preventive education and guidance for multiple incidents in schools and other key places.
