中国城市群数字经济发展测度与空间分布特征分析

摘　　要：数字经济已经成为城市发展的核心驱动力。基于数字经济的内涵特征,将结构化数据与文本分析相结合,构建了地级市层面的数字经济发展综合评价指标体系,利用组合赋权法,测算了2011—2020年中国十大城市群的数字经济发展指数,并进一步基于探索性空间数据分析(ESDA)研究了城市群数字经济的空间溢出效应和空间异质性。研究发现,城市群数字经济在考察期内实现了显著升级,但空间异质性分析显示十大城市群数字经济的发展差异较大,具有明显的发展不平衡、不充分的态势。从空间依赖性来看,我国城市群数字经济存在显著的空间溢出效应和聚集效应,并且空间相关性总体呈现增强的趋势。为量化分析城市群数字经济的发展提供了分析范式与数据支撑,也为促进城市群数字经济一体化发展提供了政策参考。Digital economy has become a core driving force of urban development.Based on the inherent characteristics of digital economy,combining structural statistics and textual analysis,this study constructs a comprehensive assessment index system for digital economy of prefecture-level cities.Combination weighting approach is applied to the calculation of the digital economy development index of China's top ten city clusters between 2011 and 2020.ESDA-based research is also conducted on the spatial overflow effect and spatial heterogeneity of city cluster digital economy.It is found that digital economy of the city clusters significantly upgraded over the period;however,spatial heterogeneity analysis indicates noticeable discrepancies,imbalance,and incompleteness in the development of digital economy of the ten city clusters.From the perspective of spatial dependency,China's city cluster digital economy presents remarkable spatial overflow effect and aggregation effect,and increasing overall spatial correlation.This paper provides analysis paradigm and statistical support for quantitative analysis of the development of city cluster digital economy,as well as policy reference for promoting the integrated development of city cluster digital economy.
