摘　　要：改进杀菌剂氟吡菌酰胺中间体3-氯-2-氨乙基-5-三氟甲基吡啶的合成工艺。以3-氯-2-氰甲基-5-三氟甲基吡啶为原料,在雷尼镍和水合肼体系下催化加氢还原得到3-氯-2-氨乙基-5-三氟甲基吡啶。后将其转化为盐酸盐,达到纯化的目的。该工艺反应条件温和,操作简单,适合工业化生产。催化剂可套用。This study aims to improve the process for the preparation of 3-chloro-2-(2-aminoethyl)-5-(trifluoromethyl)pyridine which is an intermediate for the synthesis of fluopyram.The 3-chloro-2-(2-cyanomethyl)-5-(trifluoromethyl)pyridine is catalytically hydrogenated by Raney nickel and hydrazine monohydrate into the 3-chloro-2-(2-aminoethyl)-5-(trifluoromethyl)pyridine.Then is subjected to 3-chloro-2-(2-aminoethyl)-5-(trifluoromethyl)pyridine hydrochloride which is high purity.This process is simple,warm and economical,which is suitable for industrial scale manufacture.The catalyst can be recycled.
