摘　　要：建立了39%噻嗪酮·螺虫乙酯悬浮剂的高效液相色谱分析方法。采用高效液相色谱法,以甲醇+水(75∶25,体积比)为流动相,C_(18)为填料的不锈钢柱和二极管阵列检测器,在波长为245 nm下对复配制剂中有效成分进行定量分析。结果表明,噻嗪酮和螺虫乙酯的线性相关系数分别为0.9996和0.9990,标准偏差为0.10和0.06,变异系数为0.38%和0.46%,平均回收率为100.34%和99.91%。该方法简便、快捷、重现性好、准确度高,适用于39%噻嗪酮·螺虫乙酯悬浮剂产品的质量分析控制。In this paper,a HPLC method for determination of buprofezin·spirotetramat 39%SC was established.The quantitative analysis of buprofezin and spirotetramat were conducted by HPLC and DAD detector at 245 nm with methanol and water solution(75:25,by vol)as mobile phase,and C_(18) column as fixed phase.The results showed that the linear correlation coefficient of buprofezin and spirotetramat were 0.9996 and 0.9990,the standard deviation were 0.10 and 0.06,the variation coefficient were 0.38%and 0.46%,and the average recovery were 100.34%and 99.91%,respectively.This method has the advantages of simple,rapid,and good accuracy and precision,which is suitable for determination and quality control of buprofezin·spirotetramat 39%SC.
