摘　　要：筛选稻田福寿螺防控药剂,指导田间合理用药。采用田间小区试验的方法,比较了4种常见杀螺剂对稻田福寿螺的防控效果。结果表明,整体防效为70%杀螺胺可湿性粉剂>70%杀螺胺乙醇胺盐可湿性粉剂>6%聚醛·甲萘威颗粒剂>6%四聚乙醛颗粒剂;其中70%杀螺胺可湿性粉剂420 g a.i./hm^(2)处理的防效最好,药后2、7 d防效分别为82.34%、88.32%,其持效期长,药后14 d防效为92.59%,抑卵效果为93.89%,保苗率达99.09%;6%四聚乙醛颗粒剂在药后2、7、14 d防效分别为65.31%、78.82%、85.57%,也表现出较好的杀螺效果。70%杀螺胺可湿性粉剂、70%杀螺胺乙醇胺盐可湿性粉剂、6%聚醛·甲萘威颗粒剂和6%四聚乙醛颗粒剂4种常见杀螺剂均可用于稻田福寿螺的防治,宜交替使用。s:The research aimed to screen the control agents for Pomacea canaliculata Lamarck in paddy field.The field plot experiment was conducted to compare the control efficacy of 4 kinds of common molluscicides on P.canaliculata Lamarck.The result showed that the overall control efficacy was niclosamide 70%WP>niclosamide ethanolamine salt 70%WP>polyaldehyde·carbaryl 6%granules>tetraacetaldehyde 6%granules.The control efficacy of niclosamide 70%WP with the doses of 420 g a.i./ha was 82.34%and 88.32%at 2 and 7 d after treatment,respectively.The lasting effect was long,and the control effect was 92.59%at 14 d after treatment,the ovicidal effect was 93.89%,and the seedling preservation rate was 99.09%.The control efficacy of metaldehyde 6%granules were 65.31%,78.82%,and 85.57%at 2,7 and 14 d after treatment,respectively,which also showed a higher good snail killing effect.Four common molluscicides:niclosamide 70%WP,niclosamide ethanolamine salt 70%WP,polyaldehyde·carbaryl 6%granules and metaldehyde 6%granules can be used for the control of P.canaliculata Lamarck,it should be used alternately.
