摘 要:基于江西省大气环境情况,在工业污染区和乡村2种环境中选取4个地区有代表性的变电站,通过2年现场实际曝晒试验研究了镀锌钢和碳钢的大气腐蚀行为,在1 a、2 a各取1次样,利用腐蚀失重和能量色散谱法(EDS)研究镀锌钢和碳钢的失重规律和腐蚀机理。结果表明:江西省的大区腐蚀等级为C3,属中等;工业污染区对大气腐蚀的影响大于乡村;在2a试验周期内,镀锌钢和碳钢前1a的腐蚀速率明显高于后1a的。Based on the atmospheric environment of Jiangxi Province,four representative substations were selected in 2 kinds of industrial pollution areas and rural environments,and the atmospheric corrosion behavior of galvanized steel and carbon steel was studied through 2 years of actual exposure test,and the samples were taken once in 1 year and 2 years.Using corrosion weight loss and energy dispersion spectrometrography(EDS),the weight loss law and corrosion structure of galvanized steel and carbon steel were studied.The results show that the corrosion grade of Jiangxi Province is C3,which is moderate,and the influence of industrial pollution area on the atmospheric corrosion is greater than that of rural areas.During 2-year test cycle,the corrosion rate of galvanized steel and carbon steel in the first year is significantly higher than that of in the next year.
