摘  要:通过SEM和拉伸实验研究了不同碳含量伪共析钢温轧后的组织与力学性能。结果表明:热水淬火后的伪共析钢中的铁素体随碳含量的增加而减少,珠光体含量增加。经500℃温轧后,35和45钢中的铁素体沿轧向呈长条状分布,而55钢中铁素体则为断续条带状分布。并且55钢中渗碳体破碎程度也最大,渗碳体分布也最为弥散,45钢中相较于35和55钢渗碳体破碎程度最小。随着碳含量的增加,钢的强度升高,塑性降低,屈服强度最高的55钢可达1308MPa,总延伸率最高的35钢可达6.4%。但是就综合性能而言,45钢的强塑比最佳,其性能甚至达到了低合金钢的水准。The microstructure and mechanical properties of pseudo-eutectoid steels with different carbon contents after warm rolling were studied by SEM and tensile tests.The results show that the ferrite in the pseudo-eutectoid steel after hot water quenching decreases with the increase of carbon content,and the pearlite content increases.After being warm-rolled at 500℃,the ferrite in 35 and 45 steel is distributed in strips along the rolling direction,while the ferrite in 55 steel is distributed in intermittent strips.In addition,the degree of cementite fragmentation in 55 steel is the largest,and the distribution of cementite is also the most dispersed.Compared with 35 and 55 steels,the degree of cementite fragmentation in 45 steel is the smallest.With the increase of carbon content,the strength of the steel increases and the plasticity decreases.The 55 steel with the highest yield strength can reach 1308MPa,and the 35 steel with the highest average elongation can reach 6.4%.But in terms of overall performance,the strength-to-plastic ratio of 45 steel is best,and its performance even reaches the level of low-alloy steel.
