摘  要:采用超音速火焰喷涂在20G钢表面制备了NiCrBSi系自熔合金涂层,随后采用高频感应重熔技术对表面涂层进行了重熔处理。为了研究镍基涂层的耐腐蚀性能,用锅炉常用钢20G作为对照,用电化学测试方法,结合X射线衍射仪(XRD)、能谱分析仪(EDS)等分析技术对涂层的物相组成、成分分布及腐蚀参数等进行了分析。研究表明,感应熔焊技术制备的镍基自熔合金涂层组织较为致密,经感应重熔后,消除了涂层中的层状结构,涂层与基体之间形成冶金结合;与20G相比,制备的镍基涂层具有较低的腐蚀电流密度和较高的极化阻抗,说明镍基涂层作为保护层显著提高了20G的耐蚀性能。NiCrBSi series self-fluxing alloy coating was prepared on the surface of 20G steel by supersonic flame spraying,and then the surface coating was remelted by high-frequency induction remelting technology.In order to study the corrosion resistance of nickel-based coating,the phase composition,component distribution and corrosion parameters of the coating were analyzed by using 20G steel commonly used in boiler as the control,using the method of electrochemical testing and combining with the analysis techniques of X-ray diffraction(XRD)and energy dispersive spectroscopy(EDS).The results show that the coating of nickel-based molten alloy prepared by induction welding technology is dense.After induction remelting,the layered structure in the coating is eliminated,and a metallurgical bond is formed between the coating and the substrate.Compared with 20G,the prepared nickel-based coating has lower corrosion current density and higher polarization resistance,indicating that the nickel-based coating as a protective layer significantly improves the corrosion resistance of 20G.
