摘  要:针对某内穿插HDPE修复集油管线在扫线打压作业过程中发生爆裂失效的现象,通过宏观分析、理化性能测试、扫描电镜、X射线能谱及X射线衍射等手段,研究了该管段失效的原因。结果表明,该管材化学成分、金相组织、屈服强度和拉伸强度均符合标准要求,但因为服役老化,引起塑性明显低于标准材料。尽管进行了内穿插HDPE修复,管道的内外腐蚀造成管壁明显减薄,承压极限仅为5.3 MPa,扫线打压过程中因下游堵塞,造成了爆裂失效。In view of the burst failure of an interpolated HDPE repairing oil-gathering pipeline during the line sweeping and suppressing operation,the reasons for the failure of the pipe were systematically studied by macro analysis,physical and chemical performance testing,scanning electron microscope(SEM),energy dispersive spectrometer(EDS)and X-ray diffraction(XRD).The results show that the chemical composition,metallographic structure,yield strength and tensile strength of the pipe meet the standard requirements,but due to service aging,the plasticity is significantly lower than that of the standard material.In spite of the internal HDPE repair,the internal and external corrosion of the pipeline cause the pipe wall to be significantly thinned,and the pressure limit is only 5.3 MPa,then the downstream blockage leads to burst failure during the line sweeping and pressure process.
