摘  要:随着猪肉在肉类消费中占比的日益升高,人工授精技术得到普遍应用,在绝大多数人工授精中使用常温保存稀释后的精液。精液在体外保存过程中,稀释液起到了提供营养、抗氧化、抗温度打击、维持pH值和渗透压,以及抑制微生物生长等作用。文章综述了稀释液成分对猪精子质量及能量代谢的影响,并比较了一些长效稀释液和短效稀释液在保存精液方面的优势,旨在为猪精液的常温保存及人工授精提供参考。Artificial insemination is widely used as pork consumption makes up a growing percentage of meat consumption.The diluted semen stored at room temperature was used in most of artificial insemination.In the process of semen preservation in vitro,diluent plays an important role in providing nutrition,anti-oxidation,anti-temperature shock,maintenance of pH value and osmotic pressure,and inhibiting microbial growth.This study reviewed the effects of diluent composition on the quality and energy metabolism of pig sperm,and compared the advantages and weaknesses in the preservation of semen between some long-acting diluents and short-acting diluents,in order to provide reference for the storage of pig semen at room temperature and artificial insemination.
