摘 要:用4种不同浓度(0.020、0.025、0.050、0.100 g/L)旱柳浸提物对金线莲组培苗生根情况进行研究,以期改善金线莲组培苗不易生根的现状。结果表明,旱柳浸提物对金线莲生根呈低浓度(0.020、0.025 g/L)促进、高浓度(0.100 g/L)抑制的趋势;相比于对照组,旱柳浸提物培养组的生根率、根长和根量均显著提高,并易对金线莲培养基表面下的茎节上分化出根。The rooting of tissue cultured seedlings of Anoectochilus roxburghii was studied by using four different concentrations(0.020,0.025,0.050 and 0.100 g/L)of Salix mandshurica extracts in order to improve the current situation of difficult rooting of A.roxburghii tissue culture seedlings.The results showed that the extract of S.mandshurica promoted the rooting of A.roxburghii with low concentration(0.020,0.025 g/L)and inhibited with high concentration(0.100 g/L)and could significantly shorten the culture time of tissue culture rooting.Compared with the control group,the rooting rate,root length and root quantity of S.mandshurica extract culture group were significantly improved.And it was easy to differentiate roots on the stem nodes under the surface of A.roxburghii culture medium.
