摘 要:饲料生产中常面临玉米原料霉变现象,而干燥处理是防治玉米霉变最主要的方法之一。比较了皖北地区饲料玉米烘干和自然晾晒的情况。结果显示,高温烘干塔烘干的玉米比本地晾晒玉米,水分降低2.2百分点,黄曲霉B1减少130.4μg/kg,赤霉烯酮减少52.5μg/kg,生霉粒减少0.87百分点;低温循环烘干玉米,水分降低2.5百分点,赤霉烯酮减少44.5μg/kg,生霉粒减少1.9百分点。结果表明,对饲料原料玉米进行烘干处理十分必要。Mildew of feedstuff corn often occurs in feed production,and drying is one of the most important methods to prevent corn mildew.The aims of this study were to compare the stoving and natural drying of corn in northern Anhui Province.Compared with local natural drying corn,the moisture of dried corn in high temperature drying tower decreased by 2.2 percentage point,aflatoxin B 1 decreased by 130.4μg/kg,gibberelenone decreased by 52.5μg/kg,and mildew grain decreased by 0.87 percentage point;the moisture,gibberelenone and mildew grain decreased by 2.5 percentage point,44.5μg/kg and 1.9 percentage point on low temperature cycle drying.The results suggested that feedstuff corn stoving is an effective method.
