高校涉农经管专业研究生创新人才培养问题探析

摘　　要：乡村振兴战略背景下,高校涉农经管专业研究生创新人才培养具有重要意义。基于当前高校涉农经管专业研究生创新人才培养的现状,探析其所面临的人才培养方案不尽完善、传统教学方式亟待改革、优质创新实践平台建设滞后、导师队伍水平参差不齐以及研究生创新动力不足等关键性问题。在此基础上,分别从完善人才培养方案和课程设置、改革传统教学和考核方式、拓宽人才培养和交流渠道、搭建人才培养实践平台和打造人才培养师资队伍等方面,提出涉农经管专业研究生创新人才培养的具体对策。Under the background of Rural Revitalization Strategy,it is of great significance to cultivate innovative talents for postgraduates of agriculture-related economics and management in universities.Based on the current situation of innovative talent training for graduate students majoring in agriculture-related economics and management in universities,this paper analyzes the key problems such as imperfect talent training programs,urgent need for reform of traditional teaching methods,lagging construction of high-quality innovation practice platform,uneven level of the tutor team and insufficient innovative impetus of postgraduates.On this basis,this paper puts forward the specific countermeasures for the cultivation of innovative talents of postgraduates from the aspects of perfecting the talent training programs,reforming the traditional teaching and assessment methods,broadening talent training and communication channels,building talent training practice platform and building talent training faculty.
