摘 要:为解决某金矿缓倾斜复杂多变薄矿体开采问题,在采矿方法初选的基础上,综合运用层次分析和模糊数学综合判定的方法,对所选5种采矿方法的安全性、通风条件、机械化程度、采切比、采场生产能力、矿石贫化率、采矿损失率与工艺复杂程度等8个指标进行定性与定量的权重计算确定最优方案。最终优选的采矿方案经现场工业试验验证,采场技术经济指标均有较大提升。现场试验结果进一步验证了层次分析和模糊数学综合判定方法对采矿方法优选具有工程的可行性和有效性。To solve the problem of complex and variable moderately inclined thin ore body mining in a gold mine,based on the initial selection of mining methods,the method of analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy mathematics comprehensive evaluation was comprehensively applied,and 8 indicators such as safety,ventilation conditions,mechanization degree,mining cut ratio,mining production capacity,ore dilution rate,mining loss rate,and process complexity were qualitatively and quantitatively weighted to determine the optimal scheme.The finally optimized mining plan was verified by on-site industrial tests,and the technical and economic indicators of the mining field were greatly improved.The on-site test results further verified the engineering feasibility and effectiveness of the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy mathematics comprehensive evaluation in mining method optimization.
