摘　　要：在采用氯化法生产钛白粉过程中,对钛白粉浆液表面进行包膜处理是关键工序,直接影响钛白粉产品的白度、消色力和耐候性等性能指标。主要针对钛白粉浆料预处理过程和包膜处理过程进行研究,对氯化法生产钛白粉表面处理效果的主要影响因素进行分析,通过严格控制包膜剂的添加量、添加流速和熟化时间等工艺参数及质量控制点,获得较好的表面处理效果,提高钛白粉的生产质量。In the process of producing titanium dioxide by chlorination method,coating treatment on the surface of titanium dioxide slurry is a key process,which directly affects the whiteness,achromatic power and weather resistance of titanium dioxide products.The pretreatment process and coating process of titanium dioxide slurry are mainly studied,and the main factors affecting the surface treatment effect of titanium dioxide production by chlorination method are analyzed.By strictly controlling the process parameters and quality control points such as the addition amount,addition flow rate,curing time of coating agent,good surface treatment effect is obtained,and the production quality of titanium dioxide is improved.
