摘　　要：为增强带钢碱洗工艺中的碱液净化效果,实验使用厢式压滤机对碱液进行净化,其效果要优于斜板、磁滤和微滤。讨论了不同透气量滤布对净化效率、滤出液的杂质含量、杂质的粒径分布影响,对压滤时间、滤饼质量、卸泥周期进行计算,可作为工艺使用的指导。In order to enhance the purification effect of alkaline solution in the alkaline washing process of strip steel,a box filter press was used in the experiment to purify the alkaline solution,and its effect was better than that of inclined plate,magnetic filtration,and microfiltration.The effects of different breathable filter fabrics on purification efficiency,impurity content in the filtrate,and particle size distribution of impurities are discussed.The calculation of pressure filtration time,filter cake quality,and unloading cycle has been carried out,which can serve as a guide for process use.
