摘  要:随着我国自动化技术的不断发展,冶金行业运用自动化技术逐步代替人工高危工作,对确保冶金行业安全生产发挥了重要的作用。然而,在自动化技术的应用过程中出现了一些瓶颈,主要表现为设备精度有限、耗资较高和过程复杂等。在分析现有冶金工业轧制自动化技术现状的基础上,探讨冶金工业的发展方向,通过构建基于物联网的冶金自动化系统、建立大数据系统管理平台、创新轧制自动化技术,研发高端设备,促进冶金轧制自动化将朝着更加智能化的方向发展。With the continuous development of automation technology in China,the metallurgical industry is gradually replacing high-risk manual work with automation technology,which plays an important role in the safety and production efficiency of the metallurgical industry.However,there have been some bottlenecks in the application of automation technology,mainly manifested as limited equipment accuracy,high cost,and complex processes.On the basis of analyzing the current status of rolling automation technology in the metallurgical industry,this paper explores the development direction of the metallurgical industry.By constructing a metallurgical automation system based on the Internet of Things,it establishes a big data system management platform,innovates rolling automation technology,develops high-end equipment,and promotes the development of metallurgical rolling automation towards a more intelligent direction.
