摘　　要：针对西四线X80钢级螺旋埋弧焊管对热轧板卷提出的技术要求,介绍京唐公司18.4 mm X80M热轧钢卷的成分工艺设计,以及批量生产钢的力学性能、低温韧性。结果表明,京唐公司为西四线开发生产的18.4 mm厚热轧钢卷性能稳定,具有良好的低温韧性和低屈强比,各项理化性能全部满足管道工程技术标准要求。In response to the technical requirements for hot-rolled steel coils of X80 steel grade spiral submerged arc welded pipes on the West Fourth Line,this article introduces the composition process design of 18.4 mm X80M hot-rolled steel coils from Jingtang Company,as well as the mechanical properties and low-temperature toughness of batch produced steel.The results show that the 18.4 mm thick hot-rolled steel coil developed and produced by Jingtang Company for the West Fourth Line has stable performance,good low-temperature toughness and low yield ratio,and all physical and chemical properties meet the requirements of pipeline engineering technical standards.
