摘　　要：针对首钢长治钢铁公司棒材生产线原有精整工序运行中存在的问题,通过长期调研和反复论证,明确改造方案,并通过实际改造实践,使产品质量得到提升,精整故障时间大幅下降,同时取得了很好的经济效益,达到了预期的改造效果。In response to the existing problems in the operation of the original finishing process of the bar production line at Shougang Changzhi Iron and Steel Company,through long-term research and repeated argumentation,a clear transformation plan was established.Through practical transformation practices,the product quality was improved,the finishing failure time was significantly reduced,and good economic benefits were achieved,achieving the expected transformation effect.
