摘  要:重卷机组涂油后,带钢表面会形成一层很薄的油膜,当带钢厚度小于0.5 mm时,会出现带材吸附在导板上导致带头无法顺利送到卷取机进行卷取的问题。对此,重点分析重卷机组尾部的设备组成和出口转向辊的结构,确定出口转向辊的设计改造方案:在出口转向辊处增加下压辊,下压辊由电机传动,由气缸控制下压辊升降;将导板工作面加工成沟槽形状,将防锈油排到沟槽中,减小带钢在导板上的送带阻力。改造后,带钢厚度在0.3~0.5 mm时就已经可以成功完成自动穿带。因此,可将该设计改造方案应用于原有的同类机组的改造中,也可应用于新建的最薄带钢厚度为0.3 mm需要涂油的同类机组。A thin oil film will form on the surface of the strip steel after the recoiling line is oiled,When the thickness of the strip steel is less than 0.5mm,the strip will be adsorbed on the guide plate,causing the strip head cannot be sent to the coiler smoothly.This paper analyzes the end equipment composition of the recoil line and the structure of the exit steering roll,and determines the design and reform scheme of the exit steering roll:Add a lower pressure roll at the exit steering roll,which is driven by the motor,and the cylinder controls the lifting of the lower pressure roll.The working face of the guide plate is machined into a groove shape,and the antirust oil is discharged into the groove to reduce the feeding resistance of the strip steel on the guide plate.After the reformation,the automatic threading can be successfully completed when the strip steel thickness is 0.3~0.5mm.The design and reformation scheme introduced in this paper can be applied in the reform of the existing similar line,as well as to the new built similar line with the thinnest strip steel thickness of 0.3 mm and need to be oiled.
