摘  要:在中性点不接地系统中,系统发生单相接地时,故障相电压降低,非故障相的电压升高到线电压,将造成系统电压缺相。同时,电网中的操作过电压或受到雷击,也会使系统电压突然上升,电压互感器产生很大的铁磁谐振,导致电压互感器烧毁。运用低残压装置,可有效提高母线过电压的抑制能力,降低母线绝缘部分发生绝缘闪络导致故障的机率,提高供电系统运行的稳定性。In the neutral point non earthing system,when the system is single-phase grounded,the fault phase voltage decreases,and the non fault phase voltage rises to the line voltage,which will cause the system voltage phase loss.At the same time,overvoltage during operation or lightning strikes in the power grid can also cause a sudden increase in system voltage,causing significant ferromagnetic resonance in the voltage transformer and causing it to burn out.The use of low residual voltage devices can effectively improve the suppression ability of busbar overvoltage,reduce the probability of insulation flashover causing faults in the busbar insulation part,and improve the stability of power supply system operation.
