转炉振动给料机环保密封装置的设计与应用

摘　　要：随着环保要求的严格和碳中和发展战略的实施,对冶金生产设备进行环保改造升级具有重要意义,而转炉场所所用物料多为散料,粉尘多、扬尘大,是环保整治难点和重点。鉴于此,在炼钢转炉和精炼炉工艺中上下料振动给料机的进出口位置设计环保密封装置,经现场应用反馈,该环保密封装置不仅除尘效果好,而且具有良好的耐用性和维护便捷性,避免了扬尘漏料现象的发生。With the strict requirements of environmental protection and the implementation of the carbon neutrality development strategy,it is of great significance to upgrade the metallurgical production equipment for environmental protection.However,the materials used in the converter site are mostly bulk materials,with a lot of dust and fugitive dust,which is the difficulty and focus of environmental protection.In view of this,an environmentally friendly sealing device is designed at the inlet and outlet positions of the feeding and vibrating feeder in the steelmaking converter and refining furnace processes.After on-site application feedback,this environmentally friendly sealing device not only has good dust removal effect,but also has good durability and maintenance convenience,avoiding the occurrence of dust and material leakage.
