摘 要:某矿3130巷沿着13号煤层底板掘进,13号煤层为典型的三软煤层,顶板冒落及变形量大问题较为明显,特别是3130巷掘进至1 560~1 620 m范围内时,受区域褶曲构造影响顶板破碎、裂隙发育,巷道冒顶风险更为突出。因此,提出采用注浆方式对顶板进行超前加固的预防性措施,提高顶板稳定性及承载能力。依据3130巷围岩特点并结合以往注浆经验,提出使用管棚注浆方式加固顶板岩体,并具体设计超前注浆加固技术方案。现场应用后,巷道掘进期间顶板始终保持稳定,未出现冒顶、片帮等问题,同时巷道围岩变形量整体较小,围岩变形控制效果显著。Lane 3130 is excavated along the floor of the 13th coal seam,which is a typical three soft coal seam.The problem of roof caving and large deformation is more obvious,especially when Lane 3130 is excavated within the range of 1560~1620 meters,the roof is broken and cracks develop due to the influence of regional fold structures,resulting in a more prominent risk of roadway roof fall.Propose the use of grouting method for advanced reinforcement of the roof to improve its stability and bearing capacity.Based on the characteristics of the surrounding rock of lane 3130 and combined with previous grouting experience,propose the use of pipe shed grouting method to reinforce the roof rock mass,and specifically design a technical plan for advanced grouting reinforcement.After on-site application,the roof remained stable throughout the tunnel excavation period,without any problems such as roof fall or collapse.At the same time,the overall deformation of the surrounding rock in the tunnel was relatively small,and the deformation control effect of the surrounding rock was significant.
