摘  要:邯钢大型厂在生产初期存在着钢轨规格尺寸的通长波动问题,严重制约产线产量质量的提升。随着生产经验的积累及对产线设备的了解,通过对万能轧制法中轧件的咬入状态、轧机设备的功能精度、辊箱装配、轧机辊缝弹跳、万能轧机间堆拉关系的影响及孔型设计等相关问题的分析研究,以及工艺优化及改进,成功实现了全万能法轧制工艺。In the early stages of production,there was a problem of fluctuation in the overall length of steel rail specifications in the large factory of Handan Iron and Steel,which seriously restricted the improvement of production line output and quality.With the accumulation of production experience and understanding of production line equipment,through analysis and research on the bite status of rolled pieces,functional accuracy of rolling mill equipment,roll box assembly,rolling mill gap bounce,the impact of stacking and pulling relationship between universal rolling mills,and pass design in the universal rolling method,as well as process optimization and improvement,the universal rolling process has been successfully achieved.
