钛白粉表面包覆水合氧化铝的制备及性能研究

摘　　要：以二氧化钛浆料为原料、六偏磷酸钠为分散剂,加入偏铝酸钠,采用沉淀法制备钛白粉表面包覆水合氧化铝。采用单因素法确定最佳工艺参数:陈化p H为9、陈化温度为70℃、搅拌转速为160 r/min、陈化时间为100 min。TEM分析可知,在钛白粉颗粒表面包覆着一层均匀水合氧化铝薄膜。钛白粉在包覆水合氧化铝后,颜料性能在L、分散性、对比率、光泽度上的性能都得到了显著改善。勃姆石型水合氧化铝薄膜能有效提高钛白粉的分散性。Titanium dioxide slurry was used as raw material,sodium hexametaphosphate as dispersant,sodium metaaluminate was added,and hydrated alumina was coated on the surface of titanium dioxide powder by precipitation method.The single factor method was used to determine the optimal process parameters:aging pH 9,aging temperature 70℃,stirring speed 160 r/min,and aging time 100 min.TEM analysis shows that a layer of uniform hydrated alumina film is coated on the surface of titanium dioxide particles.After titanium dioxide is coated with hydrated alumina,the performance of pigment in L,dispersity,contrast ratio and gloss has been significantly improved.Boehmite type hydrated alumina film can effectively improve the dispersion of titanium dioxide.
