摘 要:为应对钢铁行业原料结构变化,随着诸多新矿种的出现,优化配矿已逐渐演变为原料降本的关键途径。唐山某钢铁公司烧结厂准备引入金布巴粉,以降低配矿成本,为此对金布巴粉进行烧结杯实验。实验结果显示:试验矿粉配加比例增加,烧结矿成品率呈现先增高后降低的趋势;烧结矿转鼓强度呈现出降低的趋势;垂直烧结速度以及烧结利用系数有先降低后略有增加的趋势;烧结固体燃耗有降低趋势;烧结返矿比例有所降低,小颗粒烧结矿增加,烧结矿粒度均匀性变差。In response to changes in the raw material structure of the steel industry,with the emergence of many new minerals,optimizing ore blending has gradually evolved into a key way to reduce raw material costs.A sintering plant of a certain steel company in Tangshan is preparing to introduce Jinbuba powder to reduce ore blending costs.Therefore,a sintering cup experiment is conducted on Jinbuba powder.The experimental results show that as the proportion of experimental ore powder increases,the yield of sintered ore shows a trend of first increasing and then decreasing.The strength of the sintering drum shows a decreasing trend.The vertical sintering speed and sintering utilization coefficient show a trend of first decreasing and then slightly increasing.There is a decreasing trend in solid fuel consumption during sintering.The proportion of sintering return ore has decreased,while the proportion of small particle sintered ore increases,resulting in a decrease in the uniformity of sintered ore particle size.
