摘  要:风电齿轮用18CrNiMo7-6连铸圆坯钢经过锻造加工后,经超声波探伤发现不合格,将缺陷定位后进行解剖分析,使用扫描电镜定性分析确定夹杂物组成,找出产生缺陷的原因,再结合炼钢过程找到夹杂物的产生源头并提出改善建议。The steel 18CrNiMo7-6 continuous casting round billet steel used in wind turbine gear was found unqualified by ultrasonic inspection after forging processing.The defects were located and dissected.The inclusion composition was determined by SEM qualitative analysis,the causes of the defects were analyzed,and the source of inclusion was found by combining with the steelmaking process and suggestions for improvement were put forward.
