摘　　要：混匀矿是烧结生产的基础原料,面对日益严峻的市场形势,烧结生产对混匀矿质量提出了更高的要求。鉴于此,汉钢公司烧结厂将关口前移、过程管理前置,对中和料场混匀配料存在的问题进行分析,并找出解决措施,通过加强混匀配矿过程管理、开发先进的原料混匀堆料技术、优化工艺、推进标准化作业,使混匀矿质量不断提高,促进烧结生产技术经济指标的提升。Blended ore is the basic raw material for sintering production.Facing the increasingly severe market situation,sintering production has put forward higher requirements for the quality of blended ore.In view of this,the sintering plant of Hansteel Company has moved the gate forward and advanced process management to analyze the problems existing in the mixing and proportioning of the neutralization material yard,and found solutions.By strengthening the management of the mixing and proportioning process,developing advanced raw material mixing and stacking technology and process optimization,and promoting standardized operations,the quality of the mixed ore is continuously improved,and the technical and economic indicators of sintering production are promoted.
