摘　　要：针对首钢长钢8号高炉大修后开炉初期铁口出铁喷溅严重问题,分析铁口喷溅原因,提出治理措施。通过采取在铁口周围炉壳灌浆、统一并规范炉前操作、改进炮泥质量、优化炉内操作、提高高炉管控水平等方法进行治理,取得了良好的效果,消除了铁口喷溅问题。In view of the serious problem of tap water splashing at the initial stage of opening up of the No.8 blast furnace at Shougang Changgang after the overhaul,the causes of tap water splashing were analyzed,and treatment measures are put forward.Through measures such as grouting the furnace shell around the tap water,unifying and standardizing the operation in front of the furnace,improving the quality of gun mud,optimizing the operation in the furnace,and improving the water level of blast furnace control,good results were achieved,and the tap water splashing problem was eliminated.
