摘　　要：通过分析山西建龙10号高炉停炉降料面喷涂原因,并针对性地采取规范操作炉型,全焦开炉时合理配料,优化调整料制等措施,实现快速达产、降低成本、减少碳排放的目的。根据此次开炉达产实践进行经验总结,以供同行借鉴。后续将持续研究高炉降本、降耗,减少碳排放过程中存在的问题,不断提出改进措施。This paper analyzes the reasons for the shutdown of Shanxi Jianlong No.10 boiler and the spraying of the material reduction surface,through standardizing the furnace type,reasonably proportioning when fully coke is started up,optimizing and adjusting the material system to achieve the goal of rapid production,reducing costs,and reducing carbon emissions.Based on the practice of this startup and production,experience is summarized,which can be used for reference by peers.In the future,it will continue to study the problems existing in the process of reducing cost and consumption of blast furnaces,reducing carbon emissions,and continuously propose improvement measures.
