摘 要:为了解决邯宝炼钢厂260 t转炉过度依赖吹炼后期脱磷导致终点磷含量超标、终点氧含量高等诸多问题,结合冶炼实际情况,对转炉吹炼枪位、加料模式及基于转炉烟气CO浓度变化进行动态调整等方面进行优化。通过相关工艺调整,转炉吹炼过程尤其是前期脱磷效果得到改善,TSC表观平均脱磷率达到75%,终点磷的命中率达到98.5%以上,转炉其他指标随之得到改善。In order to solve many problems such as excessive end phosphorus content,high end oxygen content and low tapping temperature caused by the transition of 260 t converter to dephosphorization at the later stage of converting in Hanbao steelmaking plant,the converter lance position,charging mode and dynamic adjustment based on the change of CO concentration in converter flue gas were optimized according to the actual situation of the steelmaking plant.Through the above process adjustment,the converter converting process,especially the early dephosphorization effect was improved.The apparent dephosphorization rate of TSC is 75%on average,and the hit rate of terminal phosphorus is above 98.5%,and other indicators of converter are improved accordingly.
