摘  要:转炉一次烟气除尘是转炉除尘的难点,因此根据国家不断推进重点行业污染物超低排放形势以及地方政府发布转炉生产工序污染物排放新标准,对转炉一次烟气湿法除尘超低排放工艺应用进行研究,选择相变凝聚高效膜式除尘作为转炉一次除尘超低排放改造新技术。通过实施转炉一次除尘系统升级改造,实现了转炉一次除尘系统安全、稳定、超低排放,提升了企业经济效益。The dust removal of converter primary flue gas is a difficult point in converter dust removal.According to the situation where the country is continuously promoting ultra-low emission of pollutants in key industries and the new standards for pollutant emission in converter production processes issued by local governments,the application of wet dust removal and ultra-low emission process for converter primary flue gas is studied,and phase change condensation high-efficiency membrane dust removal is selected as a new technology for converter primary dust removal and ultra-low emission transformation.By implementing the upgrading and transformation of the converter primary dust removal system,the converter primary dust removal system has achieved safety,stability,ultra-low emissions,and improved enterprise economic benefits.
